Who are we?

Why are we called MindSeed?

We believe that within each person lies an untapped potential; a source of power that can open doors to new possibilities for self-awareness, healing, growth, and fulfillment.

What we call a mindseed.

A mindseed is unique to each individual and can be nurtured and developed into its fullest expression. Nurturing one’s mindseed is a journey that requires commitment, but it’s worth the effort. It can help them lead happier and more meaningful lives. By allowing a mindseed to flourish, a person can experience deeper authenticity and create a life of joy, abundance, and connection to their community.

We are based in Toronto, but are fully virtual. Our clients come from communities across the province.

Message from our Founder:

For over a decade, I've committed myself to training and working with complex trauma. With my waitlist closed, and so few to refer to, I knew the need for skilled trauma therapists was great. My heart’s vision was to develop a place of excellence - in delivery and training. A place where more people received exceptional mental health care by skilled clinicians. Ones who integrated the most effective therapies. Combining the wisdom of insights with the power of new skills. This led to the birth of MindSeed.
